At Riverina Roasters, we are committed to ethically sourcing our coffee. Our green beans are sourced through Condesa Co.Lab, a specialty coffee importer in Australia that emphasises ethical trade practices and long-term relationships.
1. Full traceability & direct origin relationships
Condesa sources fully traceable lots, working closely with partners on the ground in producing countries to secure coffee with clear provenance. They travel annually to origins and maintain ongoing partnerships with farmers, exporters, cooperatives and washing stations to strengthen trust and oversight.
This means we can have confidence that we know exactly where every single bean in our blends comes from.

Condesa positions itself as a facilitator between roasters and producers, aiming for mutually beneficial trade relationships rather than one-sided gains.
